Vantom Consultancy offers specialist hospitality consultancy services to owners, operators, developers and investors, or those wishing to become involved in the hospitality industry.

Unlike larger practices, we concentrate solely on the hospitality industry. We recognise that in order to advise clients we need to be able to speak not only with authority on the industry, but also from personal experience. All our consultants are either qualified hospitality General Managers or senior departmental specialists with wide range of knowledge and in – depth experience in their niche sector. Our teams’ experience is on hand to support all your decisions and offer advice, guidance, recommendations and support in all aspects including business plans, concept design, market research, site acquisition, menu and pricing structure, purchasing and pre & post opening support systems.
